Schwab docs are in the Custodian Folder:
o Schwab statements, 1099s and tax reports the day they are available.
SAA’s docs are in the Shared Folder.
Performance Reports from me on the 12th after end of the quarter.
Investment Management Fee Reports.
· Documents you’ve signed with Schwab and SAA will be here as well.
· Meeting and research reports, so you have them ahead of time.
We will have a folder for our meetings once we set the Go-To-Meeting.
You can create folders to easily access secure documents.
Have access to tax returns;, 401k info; insurance policies; bank statements, passports, birth certificates, estate planning documents while you are traveling
Paperwork: Do you have all Schwab accounts connected to outside bank accounts, and people you routinely need to send funds too?
